    I few mornings ago I was able to see Orion sitting well above the horizon.
    Letting me know that summer is on the way!

    Thanks for the comment, Clinton (and everyone else who commented ), I'm sitting here, chuckling at the fact that you said summer is on the way. About the time I was taking the moon shots, I noticed two very bright stars to the right of the moon; turned out to be Betelgeuse and Rigel.
    Like Milan said, the Pleiades make me think of winter, and with Orion rising... The girls here will be back in school soon

    A different perspective from a different hemisphere, for sure!

    Sounds recognizable, you see these beauties and then there is a sudden flow of astro-naline in your veins that makes you act.
    Tracked by hand? Well done! Remembers me of the analog-photography-days.
