Andromeda (everyones favorite visual) at 2.9 million light years is an awesome site and I never get tired of imaging this one except the fov makes the object harder to enjoy while imaging.
This is a two panal Mosaic
the first panel went off without a hitch but the second revieled what happens when you forget to lock the declination clutch Smile


I kept the subs anyway and hopefully you wont mind the flaws.


I plan on a much more intensive Mosic the next time Andromeda hits my dslr sensor Smile

Wow! How fantastic is that image!! I've only just started using this site and yours is the first image I clicked on.


I've just bought my first telescope and never knew that this type of image was remotely possible with amateur kit.


This will inspire me to keep learning and then may be one day...
