Jupiter has (presumably temporarily) lost its South Equatorial Belt and at the same time, the Great Red Spot has intensified its colour so is now standing out very well!


Picture taken with Nexstar 4se, Neximage camera (1800 images, output 640x480), and Ultima 2x Barlow lens. Registax v5 and PhotoShop were used. September 9, 2010.

Hello there. I might be getting the 4SE and was wondering if yo could tell me any eyepieces I could/should get to view saturn and the planets in good detail. Than and your thoughts on the scope Smile 4 good eyepieces I would like to start off with. Thanks
