I use the nikon d-70 and if you make exposure sorter of 1/250 i have vibration problem. The solution:
i use a piece of paper just front of my scope and i make 15" exposure .the first 5" i have the paper on telescope and i make i litle move and i return the paper back. Now you have i very good image without vibrations. The iso 200 or 400 it`s safe to,for more details of jupiter. For the satelites iso 1600 and 20" exposures with same "paper tric".Magic !!!!

Great photo, I've tried with a Nikon D80 with no success on a 8" XLT. Hope to try again with a 10" scope soon.

Thanks Ve2uy
You have a great camera and a great telescope...just try this "magic trik" with a paper and take more shots than one,put it on registax 5 and your results i think it is fine.
Clear skyes from Greece.
