Default Favorite Astronomy Related Movie?

Hey guys whats your favorite astronomy-related movie?

Mine must be 2001 a space odyssey because the ending is pretty creative to say the least!

As far as movies and Hollywood goes, I'm for the original Star Wars trilogy.
For documentaries, Sagan's "Cosmos" is king, but I recently recorded Timothy Ferris's "Seeing in the Dark" about amateur astronomers, and watched it 3 times before accidentally erasing it.

Astronomy doesn't seem to be a major theme used in too many feature films, but astronomy does get quite a few "cameo" appearences, as it can be germain to the main theme of the film.

A number of movies have been made about the "killer comet" that, realistically could remove life on this planet. Star Wars, Stargate, etc. use space as the central theme, but they seem to take a lot of "poetic license" with reality.

What I really enjoy the most are the space related documentaries on Discovery, Science, NASA and other channels.

Mike
