Default Auroras

Tonight and tomorrow there is a decent chance that we will be able to see the Auroras farther South than normal. If you get clear skies, and reasonably dark skies check the skies often.

We've been "suffering" them for some time now. The seeing has been poor due to the sky glow. If they were nice and defined, with good contrast and movement, at least we could look up and enjoy them like we normally do. But as the last few weeks they have been nothing more that a bright undefined glow from horizon to horizon that drop visual magnatude to around 3.5 in even the darkest locations.
