Default Making use of that full size sensor

I recently became the proud owner of a Hutech modified Canon 550D, but I wanted to share a target that I think will always look better in my Nikon D700's full size sensor. The M11 Wild Duck Cluster takes up 14 arcmin of sky in the Scutum constellation. Because it is an open cluster, it really lends itself to the wider field of view, especially as it sits within the Milkyway which provides an interesting background to the cluster. The D700/EdgeHD800 combo provides a 1.3 degree field of view, almost double that of the 550D/EdgeHD800's of a little over 45 arcmin.
