Default 2" Narrowband Filter Set and manual wheel for sale

    Hey all,
I'm looking at getting a new camera and filters, so I'm putting this out there to see what interest there is.

    For sale:

    1) 2" Mounted, Baader, 7nm Ha filter. (Excellent condition. Spent its whole life of ~3 years in a filter wheel).

    1) 2" Mounted, Baader, 8nm SII filter. (same as above)

    1) 2" Mounted, Celestron, OIII filter. (same as above)
Celestron's OIII filter is made by Baader, BTW. Even the case is stamped, "Baader"

    1) 2", 4 position, manual filter wheel
This was $139.00 when I bought it.

The filter wheel has rubs and such from use, but is in otherwise good condition.

After just being blindsided by a company advertising it would buy everything back for less than or about the price of a single filter... Well I thought I could do better here.
I'm looking for what I think is a fair price of $500 and I'll cover postage in the US. There's not a lot of weight or bulk in here.
I don't use PayPal, but PM me if interested and I'm sure we can work out something.

I'm in the middle to western side of Connecticut, and would be willing to take a small cruise to meet in a public place if necessary. Mass, NY borders... PM me

I have the original box for the filter wheel, all the pieces it came with, and all 3 cases for the individual filters.

You might want to think of having them shipped as is, in the wheel, and just inspect them from both sides when you get it.
My feeling is the less they are touched, the better.

Feel free to ask questions. I'd give pics, but the whole set up is currently interrupting photons on the way to my current camera's sensor, and is not available.
(I can't break it down because I'd lose my framing). Not sure I'd be able to post 'em anyway...

I will be getting my new camera for Christmas, or thereabouts....
These will be available after that time.
I would think no later than the end of the year. (I may actually have to wait until Christmas............... ) So be it...

So if you ever wanted to really dip your toe into the Rabbit Hole.... This is a relatively inexpensive way to start.
2" filters will also accommodate all but the largest of sensors without vignetting.

    Thanks for looking!

    This link works everywhere else...
