Default Agena UWA eyepieces for sale

I have the following eyepieces for sale:

Agena UWA 80 degree 2" 20mm eyepiece. This eyepiece is actually two eyepieces in one, remove the 1.5 barlow at the end of the barrel and you have a 30mm eyepiece. It is a 2 lb. Weight eyepiece.

    Agena UWA 80 degree 15mm eyepiece. 2".

If you buy both you effectively have 4 eyepieces, 30,20,15 and 10 because that barlow lense is compatible with both eyepieces.

I like these eyepieces just fine. I bought a 13mm t6 Nagler a few weeks ago, and now I have Nagler fever unfortunately. They give good views, a little soft at the edge of the field. You can see my review in the eyepiece forum.

The problem is that I just dont use them at all any more...I really use my Agena SWA 26 and my Nagler 13 almost all the time, looking to fund a Nagler 17mm eyepiece purchase.

Also, I think these eyepieces would probably be a perfect fit for an 8" SCT because of the 2000mm FL in an SCT - would give you magnifications of 67x, 100x, 133x and 200x.

They are in excellent condition and only a few months old.

125.00 for both, shipped to your door. i take paypal. Will split them at 75 for the 20mm and 50 for the 15mm if necessary.

That was quick. Too bad, it was a good deal.

Hee hee. I know a deal when I see it, especially if it fills an empty niche in my collection.

Glad they are going to a good home. My Agena SWA 26mm and 13 Nagler just wound up getting all of the love every night and those poor eyepieces were lonely in the box.

    Default They have arrived.

    Hi Jason,

My two new EPs arrived today in pristine condition. Tried them out on the Chief. Lots of eye relief, very comfortable to look through in daylight, so I am expecting spectacular views in the dark.

They were extra well packaged. I am Very Happy!!!

Wow, no wonder you call it the chief, that refractor is ginormous

Glad you got them. They were great eyepieces for me until I went to astrofest, looked through, and bought that Nagler. They were just sitting there all lonely in the eyepiece box.

You gotta love Agena...EVERY eyepiece purchase comes with a bolt case.

No, the scope is not the Chief, this is the Stwamus Chief, the second largest granite monolith in North America, (After El Capitan, in Yoho, California), which rises 20 degrees into my S/W horizon, and shades me from the light dome of Greater Vancouver.

Do mere mortals have the option to lock their own threads in this part of the forum? I can't tell, 'cause we of the Star Chamber can lock anything.
