    Great pick up Steve at a wonderfully low price. This is probably a book I should get. Love the sketches.

    Thanks, Michael - It has been fun reading some of the things from the "past". Things like generating a list are so much easier, almost automated now.

    They still have some for under $10; https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...condition=used
    May have to eventually get the 2nd edition just to see his changes.
