Default Astronomy Hw Help.....Please?

How do I convert 1 light second into kilometers/miles?? I have a few hw questions like this so if anyone knows the formula...Help is appreciated.

The speed of light is alway expressed as mps or kps. Just look up "speed of light" on Google and you'll have it.
Just a hint, the mps figure is six figures and it starts with 18*,***.
