Default Telescope reccomendations for Spectrography and Stellar Photometry

    Hi,
I have a background in Physics, even if i am totally new to Astronomy, so I love measuring more than admiring great stellar photos.
I wonder what could be a good telescope to start doing spectroscopy
For sure it's a bad idea to use telescopes affected by chromatic aberration, such as achromatic refractors.
But what could be the best solution between a newton 150mm or a APO refractor 100mm (something like the Skywatcher 80ED).

    Thanks,
    Joel
