Looks like two, according to the Celestron support thread "I 'accidentally' took apart my Celestron 20 mm erect image eyepiece". It has pics of all the different parts disassembled and how to put it back together again. Was curious about that eyepiece anyway, because I just got a used scope with one.

There are two "lenses", but part of that depends on what you call a "lens".

Usually the terms "elements" and "groups" are used in eyepieces, to distinguish between pieces of individual glass, and groups of pieces cemented together.

Based on the linked thread, there's 2 groups, but at least one (item 3 in the diagram) contains 2 elements cemented together. The other looks to be a single element, as there's no obvious seam (but I could be wrong). Thus the eyepiece is 3 elements, maybe 4, in 2 groups.
