I'm sorry, but I'm not at all sure how you collimate the thing without proper provisions for doing that.

Interestingly, I can't find that instrument or its manual on the Sky-Watcher site. It may be that my search skills are not up to the task - or maybe it isn't even there?

I have the Heritage 76 and I'm afraid i can't help you either - It never seemed to need collimation and then I upgraded to the 10" and haven't used it since. Is it possible for you to contact whoever supplied you with it and ask them? It has screws on the end but it seemed to me that they just held the base on, have you tried unscrewing them to see if the primary adjustment screws might be hidden underneath the cover?

From what I read on the interwebs, the 100p has an adjustable secondary, but not an adjustable primary. However, I have no experience with the scope myself.

The general idea at that point would be to adjust the secondary to obtain collimation between the two mirrors. Assuming the primary was properly aligned when they made the scope, this should work. Not normal, or ideal, but it should work.
