Default Orion expanse 1.25" eyepieces and refractor

    Hi all,
I am a newbie to visible astronomy and owned just Orion's 4" skywatcher. Anyway I am quite interested in observational astronomy and by profession, I am a beginner in radio astrophysics. But I also have a thing for visible range observations.
What i want now is all of your opinion on a set of eyepieces as i mentioned in sub line. Also, i want to upgrade my scope to a good refractor. My max. budget is 600$ including the mount coz it will cost another 400$ or so to get delivered to my part of the world.
Please give me an idea for that too.
    Thanks,
    krish.

Are there any other amateur astronomers in your area (nearby)? They can help you decide on a scope and already know the most economical shipping method and better dealers.

Thanks ma'm and sir. Sorry, but there are no amateur astronomers or clubs nearby my locality. That's why I joined the online club, to find some good value suggestions. Thanks for your reply.
