Default Any Stellarium Plugins to Recommend?

i have recently purchased a telrad and i managed to find the telrad aspect of the ocular plugin (which i have yet to configure but anyway)
are there any stellarium plugins that dont come with the original suite but would be just as practically helpful as te telrad option?

    thanks!

I cannot recommend any personally-- except the ones that come with Stellarium-- turn them all on (except telescope control) --- also download a few extra stars up to about level 7 or 8.

I think I found a site that tells how to get comets and asteroids to work. It apparently works through the System Editor plugin?

hey thanks for the site, i imported the comets okay but whenever i go to import the asteroids the system crashes but im not overly concerned with the asteroids at this point.

but now i can see the comets and that it definitely worth the 10 second download.

As a followup, any comets worth looking for at the moment with the naked eye (or small telexcope)?

I don't think there are any naked eye comets right now. Garradd (C/2009 P1) is the main one people are following.
