    Default can I trust pulsar optical



    can anyone vouch for the dependability or reputation of these people.. I ordered a polar scope tool, 3 weeks ago and asked for a tracking # by email and no responce for any details about the order.even when I put the order # in there tracking area I get ths same message ( your order is being processed)

    Most companies do not monitor there email inboxes these days, Id say phone them up, if you cant get an answer, pull your money back, that usually gets their attention, and if it does, you know enough and pull your money back anyway.

    Makes me wonder if this is one of those telescope retailers that carry no stock. They order it from the factory when they get an order in. I'm not saying that is bad, but it could be why you are experiencing a delayed shipping date.

    Why did you order from the UK if you are in Ohio? Wouldn't a US dealer have been a better bet?

    See now thats what I was trying to get at, not that im saying folks from the UK are shisty fellas, I just have had no buisness with a company out of the U.S.

    That particular polar scope was for wedges fork/combo variety,, not like the ones on a cgem and were not available in the us.. I'll wait and see.. maybe they were getting ready for the royal wedding and lost track of things/time...

    Well I was able to recoup my money from PULSAR OPTICAL via paypal.. So a word of caution is dont use PULSAR OPTICAL they are a seedy company at best.. unless someone can prove to me other wise they are'nt
