    Default moon with meade 12''

so i have fire capture working well with all my gear ,including my focuser i was having trouble with.

decided to do a star test on the meade, ohh boy it was bad, i found out that the main lock ring to the plate was loose and that 2 of the 3 collimation screws where about 2-3 full turns loose as well, no wounder things were blurry!, this is a new scope btw!

I Gave the moon a go then jupiter, i might stack the jupiter frames later, the sky conditions was a about 6/10 , so i'm not too eager to process the data..

glad you guys enjoyed, my jupiter didn't turn out so well, it has some sort of reflection artifact possibly from the cheap barlow or just stacking results

Hi Rob. A very nice pair of lunar captures from you. Excellent contrast and great surface details. I feel like I could almost reach out and touch the moon. Thanks for taking the time to share these images with us on here Rob, and keep up this great work with your Meade 12"

nice moon pics. I especially liked the second one. Did you happen to notice that triangular shape at the center top of the frame? Interesting stuff.
