    I've learnt not to expect images that look like the pics here and on othersites, I'm still learning , if I know what I've shot that's good enough for me

    That's probably the hardest thing to get used to at first -- how much effort it takes to do a simple shot of an open cluster.

    And I'm still getting used to it. The learning curve is a lot steeper than I thought it was going to be. Learning how to make a parabolic mirror -- that as easy!!! compared to this stuff.
