It's a vibration! In a 1-sec exposure, you won't see a galaxy or a nebula. So it has to be a bright star. For a star to move around that much, your scope must have been dancing.

It's clear to say it's not a galaxy.
And no my scope wasn't dancing
But it wasn't tracking either. So guess it could be a star....
