Default Sky Glow and LP Filter Recommendations

Will sky glow and light pollution filters have the same effect?

Which would be most recommended of the following filters:
    -Baader Contrast Booster Filter- 1.25"
-Baader Moon and Skyglow Filter- 1.25" (not exactly sure how it is different from the previously listed one)
    -Orion SkyGlow Filter- 1.25"

You're going to want a Hutech, if you're serious about attempting to image in a heavy light-pollution location:

Hutech IDAS Light Pollution Suppression (LPS) Filter - 1.25" - OPT Telescopes
    CGEM 800 HD, NexGuide,

I do not recommend Orion filters as both of the ones I bought (2" Skyglows) had threads that fit nothing, not even Orion's own filter wheels, eyepieces, prime focus adapters or diagonals. I replaced the Orion filter with a Baader Moon & Skyglow and so far have been quite happy with it.

I have the IDAS as well as a Astronomik CLS-CCD. I find the CLS-CCD better at reducing light pollution, but it does shift the colour balance a lot more than the IDAS filter. My IDAS filter is a 2" while the CLS-CCD is a EOS-clip. The filter I use depends on the clarity of my skies on the day - on a clearer day I use the IDAS.

This is true but it's trivial to correct the colour balance in post-processing. Personally I greatly prefer the CLS-CCD with my modded dslr to the IDAS when I tried them side-by-side, but there is a strong element of personal preference here... They are both very good filters for LP.
