If you didn't get up to watch them this morning, now's your chance to
see what you missed. My allsky camera collected a total of 48 Leonids
between midnight and dawn, including a number of nice fireballs. The
composite image and fireball videos are available at

In SF Bay area, saw zero between 12:30 & 02:00. Congrats, Chris, but
that's a pretty bad ZHR, right? Does anyone remember what the
    projected ZHR was?

The rate is higher than my chart makes it appear. The camera captures
images over the whole sky, and it only captures meteors brighter than
about magnitude 1. If you normalize for zenith position and magnitude
(assuming visual observers see to at least mag 5), the raw counts I have
are equivalent to a visual ZHR of around 40/hr, which is about what you
expect for Leonids under dark skies.

Thanks for the explanation, Chris. Seems I either should have stayed
out longer, or the East Bay was doomed from the get-go!
