Default ever hear of Focal 20x60 binoculars?

I picked these up at a yard sale yesterday. They are Focal 20x60
binoculars, apparently made or carried by K-mart at one time. Haven't had
time to try them yet due to overcast skies, but can anyone tell me about
them.... history, optical quality, manufacturer of lenses, etc? I'm very
curious since these haven't been made in quite some time.

    Thanks,
    Airic

Yep, K-Mart brand, made by TASCO for them during the late 80's into the
    90's.
Had a pair and at a club scout star party they fell from a stool a hole
10inchs into soft grass and where totaly shot to h*ll, never to be used
    again.
