Interesting that the 'buy now' price is $399 US. He's selling it locally
    for $600 Cdn (on sale?).
    http://www.khanscope.com/productdeta...?productID=876

That's a pretty steep conversion rate give that the Cdn$ is currently at
..8392 ($399 US = $475 Cdn) Even with shipping etc....

Interesting, I didn't know that was his handle on Ebay.
Anyway, if you ordered it via Ebay and netted it for $400 U.S.,
    you'd pay;
$400 plus $40 or so shipping.
The conversion to Can. would cost you approx. 1.23 (you don't get the
best rate, the banks do) so = $531.20. Plus, you'd have to pay
15% or whatever prov. tax applies which means = $610.88.
But, you would save about $80 over going into the store or buying it
from the store and asking for it to be shipped.
    Odd, IMO.
I was told by another dealer they wouldn't be stocking it and instead
would keep with the Orion version only. Reason?
They claimed it was only $50 diff. in price (they charge $650 for the
Orion) and that the Orion name would sell them at $650 more often than
the Skymaster name would sell them at $600!
    The power of good advertising.
I was happy that I snagged a used Orion (mint) for $600 tax in in
    Toronto.
However, you can get the Orion for $600 Can from:
