    Default Venus images and more..

    Hi,
Summer is finished..clouds are coming and imaging is difficult, but in
this days I've captured some images of Venus in violet light with good
    seeing that show interesting details:
    http://www.marcofazzoli.com/danieleg.../eng/venus.htm .
I've also captured a (ugly) image of Saturn, compared with my image of 9
months ago, and it can see the changing in inclination of rings:
    http://www.marcofazzoli.com/danieleg...eng/saturn.htm .
and 2 original images of moon (dark side):
    http://www.marcofazzoli.com/danieleg...i/eng/moon.htm .
All these images are in my homepage:

Amazing shots! I never thought I'd see the day when detail of Venus
clouds could be that clearly rendered. I remember reading observing
texts where they'd mentioned that they saw this or that detail, but
    your imaging is terrific!

Wow, nice. I don't have a W47 filter but I'll get one if it actually
shows Venus atmospheric detai like this in images. I wonder if the
blue W80A would do as well. I'll have to try it.

    Hi, and thank you!
W47 filter is particular. It need good seeing, good trasparency, dark
sky and at least 15cm telescope to shows this details. If the sky is not
dark, the costrast is insufficient to show any detail (like a daylight
imaging). UV filter is better, but I'm afraid that toucam pro is not
enough sensitive at this wavelength, so I found a compromise: violet
filter is a compromise. Low contrast but greater light to webcam and
visual use also. With a lot of frames and right processing (long and
difficult) the results are very good.
And with a yellow N.12 filter, you can have an excellent IR-pass filter!
And consider the price: In Italy, meade filter cost 25 euro, and UV
    filter cost 110 euro(and IR-pass 60) VS Violet+yellow and then IR-pass
    at 50 euro.

    I wonder if the

    I don't know W80A but I think that W47 is better
