Does anyone know of a company that supples F9 80mm doublets?

Sorry, most such lenses are rather inflexible.

Independent of someone's ragged sense of humor. Do you need exactly 80
    mm and
exactly f/9? You may be able to find something close in surplus, if
    "close" is good
    enough.

Inflexible?? I'm not looking for flexibility. I'm looking for lookability.

Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were looking for one that is supple.

    OK, I'll be serious:

    Check this site: http://www.surplusshed.com/pages/category/lenses_1.html

I looked through the Edmund Industrial Optics catalog and found nothing
    close to your specs.

I also found an 83 mm 660 mm f.l. one at www.sro-optics.com. Going to
    primary sources,
    I found JML, www.jmloptical.com, has a BK7/F4 76.2 mm 600 mm f.l.,
    DBL14255 and
Newport Optics (not Newport Glass Works!), www.newport.com, has a BK7/SF5
76.2 mm 750 mm f.l., PAC097. Neither of these may be directed for
    astronomical use,
but the second appears closer than the first... you may not like the
    price of either.
